The real estate market in Billings is competitive, but also more affordable than many larger markets across the country. The closing price compared to the list price (see charts below) demonstrates that many sellers were receiving very close to list price through 2020. This is even more apparent in 2021 as homes get list price or over, which is demonstrated by the 100% figure below.
