Speed pass parking meters.
Gas station/convenience store out by Ironwood/CopperRidge subdivisions.
Better taxi services or public transportation.
Put parking meters downtown you can use a credit/debit card with.
Put parking meters downtown that take debit cards or cc. Change is so old school.
Outdoor amphitheater (concerts) venue in a natural location.
Rail crossing at Division and South 36th St.
Create some Community Connectivity guidelines/requirements for developers that are sub-dividing farther and farther west. There are rules that could be put in place like: they must build the bike/walking trail from their development to the nearest other subdivision or split half the cost of the trail with the city, etc. There are too many small developments that are not connected with the rest of the community. Think bigger picture.
The highway from Billings to Great Falls should be a four lane road. The state rebuild part of it last year, but only did two lanes. That is just plain stupid. It is a busy road and it is very hard to pass slow moving trucks and cars. We need a four lane interstate type highway to connect Billings to Great Falls and Canada. Think of the commerce.
We need to add landscaping to Main Street in the Heights. The center islands are ugly. If those were replaced with trees and bushes like we have on south 27th Street, it would be a different neighborhood. Please value and add landscaping. Thank you.
