Billings needs a new performing arts venue with video screens, a great sound system, and other amenities.
We need more bike racks and signs encouraging drivers to share the road. We need to become a more bike friendly city. Love the trails. More landscaping along the trails would be great.
Facilitate bike rental stations throughout billings.
Have chamber branded bike racks all over downtown.

We need to act now. The City could just impose the very same Shiloh Overlay on the Inner Belt Loop. That would be easy and very cool. The Inner Belt Loop should be a beautiful road.
Use part of the visitor center as a rotating art gallery.
Consider the San Antonio homeless services campus as a potential model for addressing the homeless population.
